- 01IT Admin
Create users and set up examinations
IT Admin creates accounts for all seven roles (Student, IT Admin, Invigilator, Faculty, Approval Board, Coordinator, and Super Admin) and configures examinations in a user-friendly environment.
- 02Faculty
Build the question paper
Faculty authors questions using the rich editor with support for images, formulae, and videos. Questions are organised into sections and sub-sections and drawn from the shared knowledge bank.
- 03Faculty
Submit for approval
The completed paper enters a configurable multi-level approval workflow and is routed to the Approval Board for review and digital sign-off.
- 04Approval Board
Approve the paper
Approval Board members review the paper, digitally sign off, and lock it against further edits. Any revision triggers a new approval cycle.
- 05Examiner
Schedule the exam
Examiner uses the advanced scheduler to set the date, time window, validity dates, and hall assignments. Exams can be scheduled to individuals or groups.
- 06Coordinator
Assign students and invigilators
Coordinator maps enrolled students to the scheduled session and assigns invigilators to each hall.
- 07IT Admin
Pre-exam system checks
System verifies device compatibility, OTP delivery readiness, and screen-lock configuration. The Audit Tool begins recording all user actions from this point.
- 08Student
Candidate login
Student authenticates with OTP, enters the secure locked browser, and the session begins. All other applications are blocked for the duration.
- 09Invigilator
Monitor and authenticate
Invigilator authenticates and monitors every student sitting at their desk. The invigilator can regenerate OTP as required, and the Audit Tool records every action.
- 10Student
Submission
Student reviews all answers, modifies if needed, and submits with OTP confirmation. The submission is immediately locked and timestamped.
- 11Faculty
Evaluate from anywhere
Faculty evaluates responses from anywhere, commenting, highlighting, and extracting results for further grading. Objective questions are auto-scored and descriptive answers are marked digitally.
- 12Student
Receive results and answer sheets
All users receive auto notifications. Students receive their results and evaluated answer sheets on their dashboards, so they can reflect on their learning.
